First National Real Estate continue to develop their franchise owners with ongoing training initiatives throughout the year.
In 2020, Banter Group was asked to participate in this program by delivering a half day training program to set social media profiles on the right track. The focus of the program was to co-develop a social strategy during a hands-on workshop. By understanding the role of social media, Google and websites in communicating businesses with clarity to audiences, the First National Real Estate teams were able to craft their strategies with confidence and know-how.
Developed in conjunction with the National Training team, Communications Manager, National Business Growth Manager & Chief Auctioneer and Digital Marketing Manager, Banter’s role included incorporating internal processes, tools and subscriptions to maximise their use and effectiveness rather than re-creating the wheel.
This interactive workshop enabled all agencies & agents to build a real strategy they can roll out within their business. By knowing the ins and outs of each platform’s differences, participants left with a complete content plan and measurements of success to build on throughout the year.
