In his non-Banter life, Aaron is an on-call firefighter with FRNSW. But when he’s not out saving lives, Aaron is our high performing, process-focused GM. He’s spent his life working in small business, across various industries like hospitality, marketing, and property. Aaron ensures that the business of Banter works efficiently so that we deliver great outcomes for clients.

Fran joined Banter as the first creative talent, and she leads our creative studio with innovation, experience, and kindness. Fran has over 18 years’ experience in the digital brand landscape, developing innovative design solutions for brands like Optus and Coca-Cola Amatil. Fran is committed to bringing that big smoke standard to every job she is part of.

Nik is a hat guy. And by that we mean that he wears many digital hats to help Banter’s clients achieve their business goals through his 20+ years of experience. Driven and analytical, Nik has worked in digital marketing and website development for companies here and internationally - and he’s lived in England, Germany and Australia.

Sasha brings with him a wealth of design & digital experience gained over 15 years. A conceptual thinker who thrives on creating new brands, he also loves breathing new life into established brands so they can live on. Sasha originally hails from Germany, and while he’s partial to an Aussie beer, his heart still lies with the golden goodness from his homeland.

Lisa’s career has been varied - with qualifications in journalism, marketing and chef-ing, she’s worked as a food stylist & writer, and has run brand campaigns for multinational companies. A quiet achiever, Lisa loves bringing a business’s brand to life and helping their dreams become reality. Lisa’s identical twin sister lives in Perth, so this quenches her thirst for travel.

In her 9 years’ experience as a graphic designer, Tess has taken on a lot of roles, which she believes has brought a tonne of practical thinking to her design implementation. A self-proclaimed high achiever and perfectionist, Tess loves working on exciting projects. She lives on a farm and has a menagerie of animals that were #notinthebrochure.

Kate is a self-described extroverted introvert, and she has 8 years of experience within the creative industry. She’s had a few job titles throughout years, but it’s as a graphic designer that she’s found her ideal creative outlet. Also, Kate’s juggle is real - she’s had two gorgeous kids since starting work at Banter.

Brent has 10+ experience in graphic design, specialising in all forms of animation, including 2D, 3D and motion graphics. He is also trained as a 3D generalist, and has experience working in Architectural Visualisation, video games and Visual FX. By night, Brent moonlights as the fabulous Drag Queen Scarlett Waters.

Rach is one talented cookie. She’s creative and innovative, and brings to Banter 7 years of experience in marketing & design roles. She’s worked in a variety of industries, from education to hospitality. Rach loves the variety working at Banter brings, and the exposure to ever-changing & dynamic briefs. If she wasn’t here, she’d be studying patisserie in France!

Jess loves social media, and social media loves her! She practically lives & breathes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. She loves how much it’s constantly changing - there’s always news trends to jump on or templates to try. If she could, Jess would blast country music all day in the office, and her collection of cowboy boots will never stop growing.

Melanie is a kind and caring addition to the Banter team, whether she’s bringing us cake on the daily or lending an ear to chat with. She’s relatively new to the marketing industry, and is soaking it all up - she loves working with the best of the best at Banter. Melanie works with our web team to achieve their business goals through website development, SEO & SEM.

Jade’s Banter life started as a year 10 work experience student - and she loved it so much we couldn’t keep her away! Jade has decided this is the industry for her, and she now works a solid three days a week in the office as well as studying a Bachelor of Communications & Media. We love to see it.
